Cor the Calming Heart
"The first time you touch it, when you are taking it out of its matching pouch, it just has a welcoming feel to it. Maybe it is the memory foam in it, so soft! that just makes you want to hold it or maybe it is the soft cover but whatever the reason. Cor almost speaks the words “hold me.”
Then when you push the on button and feel those vibrations as you hug the heart, honestly, you simply feel yourself exhale from deep inside. It just feels so very calming. You have some instructions to help you understand the recommended breathing that goes with the vibrations, but you can simply just hold it too. My daughter Elizabeth has SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder) and when she is feeling overwhelmed, she would seek out her old vibrating pillow but when COR arrived, she loved it. Right away! The other pillow is thrown out. She hugs COR and it relaxes her system. She keeps COR in her room, but I have been known to “borrow” it when she isn’t home.
I love the easy way it charges, so no batteries to fuss with and hope that you have them when you really want to use COR. And it has timer so that no one needs to worry about making sure to shut it off! What a great touch! Simply put, we love it. And as I write this, COR is charging up and getting ready to go back to Elizabeth’s room unless I use it first."
